Im 14 and around 14 stone. I’m 5’9 and I want to lose weight. Recently Ive been using dumbells (I know this builds muscle rather than losing weight) and going on my bike half an hour per day. I was wondering if people had any tips or good websites on things I can cook and exercise I can do. All I know about how fit I am now is that I can ride for half an hour without having to stop and I can run 100m in 19 seconds.

The key for teens is finding a good balance – at that age your body is still growing and developing, so a dramatically low calorie diet is very dangerous. Excessive exercise can also injure your body, so you should lift weights with caution.
half an hour?? is that it. you should perhaps do 2-3 hours of exercise, preferably every day. and something intense, like martial arts, tennis or cardio. also, if ur more muscle than fat and weigh that much, that shouldnt be a worry. if uv got more fat, lose it and build the bulk!
