    @sk9utube If you take from the soil, you must give back. If you look at the ingredients on organic fertilizer you will find animal parts: blood, bone, and manure. Life is a circle. Soil feeds plants, plants feed herbivores, herbivores feed canivores, and when they die the herbivores and carnivores feed the soil. As she states in her book, when it comes to this circle of life you can dominate (like we’re doing now), or you can participate (like we should be doing) but you CAN’T GET OUT.

    @sk9utube Also, this is what happens on even a humane dairy farm: The cows that produce milk must periodically have calves. Statistically, half with be male and half will be female. The males obviously cannot produce milk, so they are either sold for veal or breeding stock, but even some of the female calves have to be killed. If they were all allowed to live, the farm would soon be overrun, overgrazed, and eventually destroyed. Without the death of some, there is no life at all.

    @sk9utube One of the greater points of Lierre’s book is that even though she deeply understands the vegan ethic of not wanting to kill animals, she also understands that death is a necessary and indispensable part of life. Anything that eats, kills. Humans, cows, grass, nematodes, fungi, and microorganisms all need to consume energy from other living creatures in order to survive. Your meat cannot be gotten without death. Neither can your grains, or you fruits, or your vegetables.

    Right, but there’s a difference between killing an organism that makes a concerted effort to runaway in terror and one that stands with little or no motion to resist. The human race is not a race of predatory animals and has responsibility to avoid living like predatory animals.

    First of all I don’t have the Hypoglycemic problem and I eat only once a day, sometimes twice. Second just because you are Vegan doesn’t mean you have to be on a low fat diet. Most health conscious vegan’s don’t even eat soy but it’s in many of the processed foods most people eat. And lastly how can you support factory farms and still be an environmentalist?

    I really would like to know more details about exactly the type of foods she was eating everyday that made her sick?….you can be vegan and eat donuts, pop, chips and bagels everyday or you can be vegan and eat fruits vegetables and legumes and nuts and seeds everyday….huge difference in what sort of health problems can arise from those 2 different eating habbits

    @tario26 thats just extra proof the vegan diet doesn’t work. If she was eating donuts, bagels, pop, etc.. before she became vegan how come she only got sick when the animal products were cut out? animal products = high fat = protection.

    @billtheman100 china study = BS book. The author takes vitamin b12 pills because the vegan diet is completely void of this nutrient, doesn’t that say something about the diet? also, my sister was at brian clements hippocrates institute 2 years ago and she took up the vegan diet as per their advice and she stopped menstruating, became emaciated, and her epilepsy came back, and this was only after a year of following the diet. I told her to start eating meat and all her problems went away.

    @egosurrender Well many people benefit healthwise from eating less meat ONLY if those foods are replaced with whole foods like fruits and vegetables. I could replace my meat consumption with frosted flakes and I would be sure to get sick somehow down the road (and still be vegan)…Most of the animals you probably eat are vegan :) What do you think cows or chickens eat before their slaughtered? Not to mention that elephants one of the largest and longer living animals eats NO MEAT

    @egosurrender i swear to ya that what happen to your sister it was ALL mental.im a vegan for 2 years & feel like a champ thanks to my head then to the food.to get good b12 the animal has to be fresh not cooked to kill the b12.Dr Brian makes a good b12 recommend it.

Epilepsy is not mental, she was in a car accident when she was a child. b12 that is in soil is called b12 analog, your body cannot use it. And if you need a supplement to give u ur b12 then your diet is WRONG. SIMPLE AS THAT. Most people feel good the first 2 years, thats a short period of time. And about b12 being cooked, we’re supposed to eat meat RAW. Vegan diet is WRONG based on science.

We are only alive today because we were able to evolve and survive by eating meat, no vegan culture has EVER existed. Vegans get sick long term. Where do you get vitamin D in the winter when we don’t get enough sunshine? again, if you’re taking supplements to make up for the deficiencies, then ur diet is WRONG.

    @tario26 uh WRONG. chickens eat WORMS. Cows eat grass that has insects and insect eggs on them. Veganism does NOT exist in nature. The soil you get ur vegan food from is filled with life. Please dont compare us to elephants, we’re not elephants. Also, if i put u in the wild and u tried to be vegan you would die, fruits are very scarce in nature, and good luck finding carrots and celery. A lot of plants are toxic and taste bad and you would lack lots of nutrients. you will be forced to eat meat.

    @egosurrender trust me 2 years as a vegan is a long time because now i have to get use to a different food i hardly touched & whole food supplements do help when my vegetable garden faces winter,i use lifegive sun-d vitamin in the winter.reccomended

    @billtheman100 wow you’re super lost. I feel bad for you because you are extremely ignorant. I wont reply to anymore of your messages because you have NO UNDERSTANDING of nutrition and nature. Your supplement is made by things you cant even find easily in nature thats why it costs 70$ a bottle. and even more stupid is that u have to take 6 capsules to get 69IU of vitamin D, that is simply retarded. The body needs WAY more than that, more like 2000 IU. Good luck on your unhealthy diet.

    @billtheman100 organic meat isnt injected.. maybe you should get a machine that can take u into the past so u can tell all the hunter-gatherers to not eat meat since it was what we ate to be able to survive hundreds of hundreds of thousands of years. Thats why Weston Price traveled the world to find the healthiest people and study their diets and found 0 plant based cultures. The people who ate all the meat were the healthiest people in the world. The protein you’re eating is poison not meat.

    @billtheman100 like i said 2 years is nothing, your body can handle a lot of mistakes, thats why it can take up to 20 years for cancer to develop i the body eating an extremely bad diet. It took me about 3-4 to start developing symptoms. It seems the only way you’re willing to learn because you’re hard headed is to suffer the consequences of your mistake, i only try to save people from this ridiculous man made diet based on ignorance and not science. best of luck, no more msgs from me i promise.
