i was just looking for a few good ideas as to how i can detoxify my body without any herbal remedies or drinks…water? fruits and veggies? and also, about how long should i do any of the ideas you may have? thank you so much..any information is better than none…

    a regular cleansing of your body is a good idea, i like to use a product called "colon cleanse" i take 4 capsules at night and have a good b.m. in the morning, drink lots of clean water, eat "clean" food (low fat, no over-processed foods), also try a "flora"combo (good bacteria) for your digestive system. if you want to kick it up a notch you can drink lots of cranberry juice, a couple of good "sweats" in a sauna/steam room will help push toxins out, if you don’t have access to those any exersice will help. good luck!-blurey
    p.s. another thing you can do is a "fast", eat only liquids for 24 hours, this will give your body a chance to naturally push everything out.

    I became vegan and in the process I was completely detoxing my body. I ate only organic/natural foods and completely stayed away from any animal products. I was literally sick for 3 weeks just getting all the crap out of my body. Now, I couldn ‘t feel any better!! Staying away from processed foods and meats have been the best decision I’ve ever done.
