Actually, you don’t have to diet as such to lose weight, I discovered this at the web resource in the box below, they have a lot of tips, I worked off 8 pounds by doing as they advised.

Heres a thought, create your own diet.
Start off slow, but every diet group goes by their own experiences, not by yours, and everybody elses body reacts differently to the same diet.
Besides, being told to do stuff, and you doing it and not wanting to do it, can screw up the whole diet and your motivation could die out easy at the start, and you could just not diet from there.
Do it at your pace, what you think is best, exercise half an hour a day, not intensly and change your food habits but make sure you still keep a little fat in your diet. DONT starve yourself.
Eventually once you start to lose the weight, itll be easier to do more, in 6 months you will recognise a huge change.

become a semi pesco vegetarian… you base most or all of your meals around vegetarian dishes but add meat if and when you choose.
I lost 20kg last year by creating my own diet… you just have to put the time in to get good results.
The best diet that I’ve found is "The Abs Diet" by the publishers of Men’s Health magazine.
The basics of the diet are to eat lean meats, high fiber, high protien, and fruits and veggies. Check it out.
