		<description>Have a bread machine and always add extra stuff, i.e. nut meals, flax seed meal, a dolop of sour cream or yogurt. You can use molasses for the sweetner or honey instead of sugar.  Basically bread is healthy when you use good flour like the stuff from a health food store, good whole wheat, preferably the organic. Good whole grains do wonders to keep you healthy and seeds and nuts added in make it even better.</description>
