I HAVE SEEN ALL KINDS OF CLAIMS ON SAUNA MANUFACTURER’S SITES AND WELLNESS SITES BUT NO PUBLISHED JOURNAL ARTICLES WITH ANY CREDIBILITY.

My question again was about detoxification and there have been some great answers

    Those are the articles I can find on illnesses and detox. None on immunity, although it may be implied due to increased blood circulation.
