Alli is the only one approved by the FDA so it is considered "safe". I would stick to that one, a lot of the others can have some pretty hideous side effects.
There are no safe diet pills only diet pills that make the manufacturer rich.
To lose weight in a healthy, safe and sane way go to the websites below.
There is a food and exercise tracker on the first website.
NO DIET PILL IS SAFE!!! Just exercise and eat healthy like everyone else has to. there is no miracle pill!
The only one I can think of is Alli. I buy those at WalMart.
There are no safe diet pills, from Walmart or anywhere else. You can take Alli, but it is expensive, and you still have to watch what you eat, plus you will have side effects, such as diarrhea. The best thing to do is to drink lots of water, and determine how many calories a day you should eat, and STICK with that plan. It will be slow, but effective, and cheaper than any rip off pills offered. And the pills can do a major bit of problems to you over the long run. You can lose the 15 pounds by doing the above, and adding exercise. Think of exercise as moving, such as even cleaning your room, or walking with your music at your ear, enjoying the moment. Don’t think diet; think healthy choices and you won’t have to go through this every year or so.
Good luck.
Diet Pills can help you to speed the process and it needs to combine with a realistic weight loss plan. With these, you will be able to achieve your ideal weight sooner.
For Diet Pills, you need to find one that is suitable for you, do your reseach before you choose the pills. Get some popular diet pills at http://www.weightloss-research.biz/dietpillsresearch

decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal
Healthy diet
- Take the stairs instead of the lift
