I’m ordering two shirts from this online store. Both shirts are NO Fade, 100% pre shrunk cotton. I have lost exactly 40 pounds over the past eight months and I don’t know which shirt size I would fit into. Based on the information below, would you say Adult X Large or Adult Large?

Height: 5/3

Weight: 157

My question again was about fit over 40 and there have been some great answers

    go a size smaller than what you used to wear at 40 lbs heavier. bigger shirts are always better than smaller ones. you can always shrink it if it’s too big?
