    Most diets are just fads. They may cause you to lose weight fast but they don’t last, and you put the weight if not more on as soon as you stop it. Also, most of the weight you lose is usually just water weight, which is why you will put it back on fast.
    The best way to diet is to eat healthy and in moderation. Don’t deprive yourself because you just end up wanting it even more. Just eat smaller portions. Eat high protein low fat meals. It does not mean just salads. Eat grilled chicken, vegetables, lean red meats, fruit, yogurt, etc.. The most important thing is to eat in moderation.
    Also, exercise is important. This can include walking, riding a bicycle, jogging, lifting weights, playing sports, etc.. Find the exercise routine that fits you.

    All diets work. There is a simple formula to follow if your calories in are less than your calories out, the diet will work. All "diets"are fad diets. What people need to do is get on with a lifestyle change. As long as your body is burning more calories than you are taking in than it would work for me and for anyone else.
