I would probably say "South Beach," although it’s arguable whether it is actually a fad diet. It doesn’t have the usual marks of a crash diet like really rapid weight loss, extreme calorie restriction or an over-focus on consumption of singular foods like the Grapefruit or Cookie Diet.

In general, South Beach is a fairly sane diet, with an emphasis on high-protein and healthy fats, lots of veggies and some low-GI carbs. It’s much more moderate than Atkins, which is too high in saturated and animal fats, in my opinion.

    Best of luck!

I would agree with the 1st answer, the south beach diet, although i dont thikn its as bad as some of the more dangerous ‘fad’ diets.

I think the one where you only drink water, and don’t eat anything and then exercise and stuff works.
