Pritikin Recipes

I am in a break up of a relationship that has lasted 5 yrs. I am just over 40 yrs old, fairly attractive, mostly fit, and a giving and understanding person. Do you think there is hope that I will find love now, or at my age, am I destined to a life alone now? Are all the good ones taken, and am I too old to start again? I still run circles around 25 year olds… Thoughts?
