    I am an 18 year old 5’5" girl who weights 210 pounds. If I started the atkins diet tomorrow, how much weight would I lose in 2 weeks?

    I am just starting the Atkins diet & didnt see them listed in any catagory of the foods you can & cant have; but noticed the As Required catagory list mostly consists of vegetables…. but I looked at the jar & they dont have carbs. So which does Pickles fall under?

    I am male, 23, and currently doing to Atkins diet.

    My usual daily diet consists of –

    Breakfast – Couple of slices of bacon
    Lunch – Tuna and small amount of Mayo
    Dinner – Fresh meat with Veg plus 1 diet coke.

    No snacks, drinks lots of water and am exercising everyday. (Boxing, Football, Badminton and walking).

    I currently weigh 17.5 stone and believe I need to be closer to 13.5.

    Roughly how quickly can I expect to loose this weight on the above info?

    I was just wondering if it was possible to lose weight during the first induction stage of the atkins diet. I just finished me induction stage and I feel thinner. I am by all means not skinny but I don’t have any scales and I was just wondering

    First off, I’ve heard everything there is to hear about the "unsafe" nature of this diet, thank you.

    For those of you who have used Atkins, how fast did you lose weight? Namely, how much did you lose the first 2 weeks and how much did you lose per week after that?

    I DONT WANT TO KNOW THE NEGATIVES OF THIS DIET OK!! I am not overweight but I watched a documentary on the Atkins diet and it was just all negative stuff. I am wanting to know if anyone out there has been on it, how it worked, how long it took you to get results, how much weight you ;lost all up in what amount of time and how long u stayed on phase one. Its very interesting to me so please give me some feeedback but remember I have heard all the negatives so I dont want to know about that. Just people that have been on it :)
