I want to start being physically fit, where do i begin?

So heres the truth, I’m 23 years old in a few months.

Excersize, health wasnt a priority ever in my life. I only realized it should be when I realized that by it being absent my entire life, im kind of bordering health concerns.

at 20, I became really depressed, slept 15 hours a day, would’nt get out of bed for work.

There came a point where I couldnt even carry my own body wieght for a period of over 40 minutes.
Im note even fat. Im 5’6 and 115 pounds. Last year that changed when I took a trip out of the country excersized with my friends, (mostly outdoor running)…
and then I got depressed again and it all went down the toilet.

I am at a point where I KNOW if I dont change the way Im living, permanently Im going to mess my body up, now and for the future me.

I experience arthritis pains in my joints, my shoulders are turning inward because I’ve never excersized them. I dont want to look like this. I want to be physically fit and able to maintain myself.

I dont have a load of wealth and can’t afford a personal trainer. Im going to be going back to school and working in the evenings.

What can I do? I dont need to just jog, do squats, pushups, situps (Which I already do) I need to put on major muscle and to excersize a majority of my muscles.

Why wont I go to a gym. If I do are club members kind enough to help me understand how to use each machine?
Maybe I dont want to hear your answer. Is it easy?

I guess Im looking for a shortcut and thats mistake number 1.

I’m not depressed because of my health, but those things that caused it are slowly coming to an end, thank you for your concern.

I’m a vegetarian, i take a mens health vitamin beneficial to vegetarians.
These supportive answers make me feel brighter.
I can do it, I think I will follow the advice given to me by each of you.
I have an hour max per day to do any type of excersize.

Pritikin Recipes I have heard that there is a certain allure that mature, intelligent, fit older gentlemen (meaning over 40 years old) have, even for young girls. So I just read this interview.(wrestlingzone.com)and it says that hogan and bichoff have complete control over who gets shine in tna..anyone who doesn’t fit the new model will be let go

Pictures of people with conditions such as mouth cancer, gangrene feet with missing toes and fat filled arteries etc…are now seen on cigarette packets as a warning of the reprocussions of what smoking will do to you.Basically most any serious/life threatening medical condition will be traced back to the effects of smoking. Even if you have never smoked, passive smoking could be blamed. I am over 40 and know a lot of people who smoke including my father who is going on 70 and began smoking at a pre-teen age. He is more fit and healthy than a lot of men his age. Also my great-aunt who is close to 90. She is a healthy, happy bundle of energy, in fact amazing for her age and has no intention of giving up smoking! I personally dont know anyone who smokes with any of the conditions being blamed for smoking. I think this is some sort of government conspiracy. I think chemicals in our everyday life is causing us to die early and the government knows this.Who agrees with me? or knows im right

now here is the tricky part. yes, she IS 2 years old, but she is ALSO 3 foot tall and a little over 40 pounds. the thing is, she is getting to be way too big for her car seat (she has an eddie bauer 3-in1) but she is simply not fitting. the straps are to the limit. what can i put her in? can i upgrade to a booster? thank you!

Hello friends, yesterday upgraded my Cenrino windows Vista home basic. Surprisingly it looks just as beautiful as a new laptop, the current drive is only 40 GB, I inserted to 512 MB modules of memory; very easy. I believe I can get by with this laptop a few more years if I install a new hard drive, I could easily fill 100 GB. Is anybody out there that a new hard drive in their Centrino?

I’ve read something about copying or cloning your old drive onto the new drive, how is this done its way over my head — help!

I been gaining weight recently due too hormonal issues… I am 26 and before I was a lot fitter also its hard for me to lose weight and recently I moved and was living in hotels and I didn’t take care of my self…we know have a place but I am over weight and scared…were getting married next year and we both need to lose weight…any healthy tips.
