I’m doing the master cleanse and I have band camp coming up in a week. I was wondering if it would be safe to continue the fast during camp(2 weeks long) and be ok physically. and camp is serious, we march in a block, sweating nonstop 8-12 and march some more, 4-5

well, i am going to go on the master cleanse (after much research) because i have been on a terrible binge/purge routine for three years, and i have seen an article on a good site that showed a woman breaking this habit through a short water fast. i do not however want to go strictly on a water fast, so i thought "cleansing" would be a better approach to change the way i view my eating habits.
anyway, i was wondering if it would be awful to exercise while i was doing this cleanse? i do not want to lose any muscle.

I want to start the master cleanse diet. i work at wells fargo and im a waitress at night for the most part i work about 7 days a week. i wanna do the cleanse for 10 days and i need to still be able to go to work during the day and evening. and i want to know if im allowed to consume any vegetables and fruits or juices like V8. any suggestions will help! thanks!

I am looking for a good body detox, has anyone tried the Master Cleanse detox? I have read everything on their website, and now I would just like to hear from some people who have actually done it. Please let me know your opinion on it and your before and after weight.

I want to do the Master Cleanse in order to lose some weight and to get rid of toxins in my body.
My biggest concern is that I work and am concerned about the "cleanse" aspect in that I have to use public restrooms etc. at work.
I realize it’s a weird question but is it feasible to actually do the cleanse without taking the time off of work?

I work 3 nights and 2 days a week and I want to do the Master Cleanse. Has anyone ever done the master cleanse while working the 3rd shift. Is there anyone who can give some suggestions.

I am starting the MC tomorrow. I am not really into the salt water flush. And per the book you can do the flush or laxative teas. Any one out there who has done the master cleanse, what have you done for this part of teh cleansing.

I currently live in a dorm, and don’t really have a lot of extra money and can’t get out much. They have a cafeteria here where I eat most of my meals. I want to know what form of master cleanse diet I could possibly try to complete? I could go out for most of the supplies but mainly the maple syrup I probably would not be able to get. Help? I want to try a cleansing diet to clear out the toxins I know I have ingested.
