Im doing the master cleanse and was wondering if you could use epsom salt instead of sea salt and get the same results?
im referring to 1 Teaspoon in 30 oz of water.

I plan to start the master cleanse Wednesday and I was wondering if I could skip the laxative tea in the morning (I’ve already learned not to do the salt water flush) because I have to be at school at 7am and don’t really want to poop in a school bathroom full of other girls. Or should I wake up around 3, drink the tea and go back to sleep? Will the laxative tea be out of my system before school if I do that? (I’m 18, before anyone thinks I’m too young to do it)
please don’t rant. i don’t care about anyones personal opinion and really only want answers to my question from people who know about/have done the diet.

I am going to start the lemonade or master cleanse diet. I can tolerate the headaches can I take pain relief pill any time I have headache during the diet?
can I stop it before 10 days if it gets too difficult for me?

My wife want to do cleanse and she found something called the master cleanse….also called the lemonade diet. Anyone heard or tried it. You drink a drink with lemon, maple syrup, and cheyanne pepper. Supposped to clean out our body (detox) and lose weight.

I am on day 9 of the Master Cleanse and have developed a painful canker sore on the back of my tongue a few days ago. I’m wondering if the sore was caused by the Master Cleanse or something else. I read that you can get them sometimes from toothpaste and I recently started using a new kind. Maybe it’s from that…I never get canker sores so I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced them on the Master Cleanse before. Thanks!

Starting tomorow i want to start the master cleanse. (Which consists on lemon juice, grade b maple syrup, and cayenne pepper, and water) However, im confused. Do i seriosuly put all these ingredits together into a blender and then drink it??? help please!
