I plan for 10 days and see how I feel then. Does it matter if the water I use is cold or room temperature?

I am thinking about doing the Master Cleanse diet for 10 days to detox and drop some junk food weight that I know I have gained… I am going to be starting a diet of exercizing and eating right and I want to start fresh. Does anyone know what the recipe is to make this diet by the gallon so I can keep it in the fridge and not make it by the glass? N E help would be appreciated. THANX!

i’m thinking about doing the master cleanse, and i’m just wondering how much weight i can expect to lose, and how long i should do the fast for (i know the minimum is 10 days, but what’s the maximum?)

yeah i’m going to buy the book this weekend, but i just wanted to know how much other people have lost so i don’t waste my time and energy reading an entire book to lose like just 5 pounds

Hey I want to jump start my weight loss with a 10 day thing like the master cleanse. I can’t do the master cleanse cause I don’t have lemons, limes, or cayenne peppers. Are there any that require more common ingredients?

Okay so i am 5’4 160 pounds. If i do this master cleanse for about two weeks, around how much weight would i lose? And i usually take vitamins everyday so should i stop taking those?

I want to try the Master Cleanse diet.
But I don’t want to risk gaining all the weight after ten days if I go straight to regular/solid foods again.
If I mix the two, lemonade and solid food, between the days, would I still get results?
Like… instead of six to seven glasses a day, I drink 3. And small meals every now and then?
Would this work out?
I’ll still do cardio everyday.

im looking to start the master cleanse diet but i was wondering how much water you use in one glass of the master cleanse diet? i thought it was supposed to be half your body weight, but is this through out the diet or each day? or is it just 8 pints a day? also the salt water flush? what salt do you use?
