			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In all my years as a professional Nutrition Specialist, I&#8217;ve found that people are often shocked to hear some of my picks for the foods that are best for fat burning, weight loss and good health.</p>
<p>You already know about the typical &#8220;healthy foods&#8221; such as vegetables and fruits, so I won&#8217;t bore you with those&#8230;everybody knows those. Instead, I&#8217;m going to shock you by showing you foods that most people don&#8217;t realize are super healthy foods for fat loss.</p>
<p>1. Egg Yolks &#8211; yes, that&#8217;s right&#8230;full fatty egg yolks with all of their fat and cholesterol. You&#8217;ve been mislead about the fat &amp; cholesterol in egg yolks &#8212; it actually raises the GOOD cholesterol and helps balance fat &amp; cholesterol ratios. And with cage-free eggs from free roaming hens, the omega-3 content is higher and has a more balanced fat profile.</p>
<p>Egg yolks are also one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet in terms of vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients. Listing all of the vital nutrients in egg yolks would take up an entire page so I won&#8217;t even try that here. Just realize you should not avoid yolks in favor of egg whites.
