Im finding that certain foods make me very moody, depressed, feel ugly & fat, complexion is dull- such as white carbs and make me not social with others. For those of you who have lots of friends, what sort of foods do you eat?

    It’s not about what food you eat!! Eating a certain way won’t mean you have more friends!!
    If you want more energy though, eat more often and lots of whole grains, white fish, salads and fruit, healthy fats like peanut butter and nuts but don’t deny yourself some chocolate when you feel like it. I drink lots of water as opposed to sugary drinks too which keeps me awake and vitalised :)

    I personally like fruits and veggies! They are sooooo tasty! I would also eat yogurt and other healthy stuff like that.

    Honestly, what is popular/social. When your popular to one group of people, another group doesnt like you, if your popular to that group of people, the other wont like you. Quality is better then quantity. It’s not the foods that make you feel ugly and fat, its your lack of outdoor exercise. It releases endorphins in your body that make you feel moody. Do some jogging at your local park for a while, i guarantee you’ll start feeling better.
