I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and got a 74 oz jug that looks like a water cooler bottle. I made my mix in there for the whole day and just chugged on it all day. Good luck. It's a tough commitment, especially if you like to eat. The warm part is the salt-water solution you have to drink in the morning to get things moving. Good luck with that part. I think it was def the most difficult aspect of the cleanse because it tasted ghastly. The first time, I think I threw up. It doesn’t have to be warm.
