    Stanley Burroughs, who created the Master Cleanse, was not a doctor. He was a quack, and people have died from his "treatments".

    if you gain back all the weight you lose from the diet once you stop it,then whats the point?stay away from fad diets and just rely on portion control…its simpler to lose body fat rather than maintaining a new body weight..

    I did the cleanse. I was awesome. I lost 18lbs in 10 days. I recommend you get the book. Since is tough the first few days. Here is the recipe. But get the book. Because it took me a few try to finish the cleanse. Cause it was hard the first few days. Here it is. Good luck. You well lose a lot of weight. If you do it correctly.
    #1 (single serving):

    - 2 Tbsp Lemon (approx ½ of a Lemon)
    - 2 Tbsp Genuine Organic Maple Syrup (not Maple flavored sugar syrup you’d put on pancakes)
    - 1/10 Tsp Cayenne pepper (red pepper)
    - Ten oz. glass of hot water (cold can be used if preferred)

    #2 (60 oz. daily serving):

    - 60 oz. water
    - 12 Tbsp organic Maple syrup (Grade B)
    - 12 Tbsp lemon juice
    - ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
