okay so ive been struggleing with a eating disorder lately and today i did some research and watched some shows and stuff and i kinda made a diet for myself…tell me what you think…
breakfreast…1 package oatmeal with hot water
lunch…ritz crackers and chedder cheese
dinner…cheese and crackers or whatever my mom is cooking
dessert…fruit snacks, or sweedish fish or something small and low in calories…
and to drink…vitimin water the 10 calorie ones and water and G2 gatorade…
and then i dont want a "fat" day where i can eat whatever but i am thinking about only letting myself have sweets on monday wedsday and friday idk what do you think?? any ideas oh and instead of any snakcs ill jsut chew gum!!

You need to keep in mind that eating small proportions of food like cheese crackers is bad. You need to eat protine. One good tip is that people who eat EGGS and oatmeal for breakfast loose weight faster than people who dont. You also need to cut out all soft drinks like Coke, Sprite, fanta, ect. you can eat sweets in moderation I choose to do it on the weekends. Rember to get plenty of exercise minimum is 30 mins per day and exercise at least 3-5 days a week and soon you should be sheding the pounds.
its a good diet if you eat dinner and not crackers and cheese for dinner, you need lean protein and vegetables with your dinner as well as complex carbs. I believe treating yourself to sweets in small portions is good so you don’t crave them and binge later. I also think you should ad fruit to your breakfast or lunch
