How does someone on the Atkins diet get his or her recommended daily 25-30 grams of fiber?
My question again was about atkins diet and there have been some great answers
with fiber its best to tale it slow , start off adding up to 35 or more a day , fiber one products are great i made some pineapple shakes yesterday and Had a great colon flush , fresh pineapple is great for dieting
i dont know but the atkins is really bad for you, my mum went on it and she said she felt awfull the whole time and then as soon as she had some bread she was ok, it makes you tired, greasy skin etc, the list goes on, dont touch it!
what i done was ate cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and fruit for lunch and for dinner i had meat and veg (no carbs). that worked for me so well, i lost 2 stone in a month and its a balanced diet.
