A friend of mine has a daughter who really needs to lose some weight. She just turned 13, and she is over weight by about 10 pounds. What is an easy to stick to diet that doesn’t involve going to great lengths like ordering some brands of planned-out diets or cooking especially elaborate meals? If you could just give me some simple tips, that would really help. Thanks in advance!!

    if you are female… you tend to carry your weight on your stomach but and thighs… which help reproduce which is why girls have more fat than guys. i have the same prolem and you just need to cut out all of your junk food and drink tons of water and exercise.. i found this really cool website you should go to…http://www.niveausa.com/highlights/local...

    um you should try bally fitness program it really works or if you cant afford that you should go jogging with her and give her proportions of food you can look that up on the internet just lessen the calories and do an hour of exercise everyday
