I’m on this same boat as you. I know how it feels. I just can’t stop eating. It’s just joyful. Couple of pounds won’t harm anyone, right?

what should you do? Not get fatter!

You increase the risk of many life-threatening dieases – heart disease, diabetes, GI cancers….

try a high school sport. for maximum results, try cross country or football, especially football b/c most schools have a weight training program to coincide with the football program. and get some friends to join with you. that way you’ll have someone you know and trust to go through the same thing you are and help you through it.

seems really pointless for you to ask this question over and over then since you like being obese. if you like yourself this way then stop worrying and questioning then!
