I want to lose about 20 lbs before Christmas.

I’ve been doing working out monetarily for the past year, but my eating is not the best. I started doing "The 30 Day Diet" and I lost 10 lbs in a month. I was really excited to lose the 10 lbs but the diet ended a week before a move from Japan to Spain. So I did a lot of eating out and eating frozen dinners. We are still without all our stuff so I don’t have my cook books. So I’m looking for a website that can help me figure our a good diet to start in order to lose more weight. I’m not looking for a quick fix diet plan, I’m looking for what types of food should I eat and how much.

Please list websites that I can go to for info… thanks :)

    2.Enjoy plenty of whole grains,fruits and vegetables

    3.Maintain a healthy weight

    4.Eat moderate portions

    5.Eat regular meals
