yes it is…most of the fad diets cut out essentials that your body needs…you may lose the weight but you won’t be any healthier. You need to exercise and eat a healthy, balanced diet in order to be fit for life.

Yes since people end the diet and then gain the weight back again. The exception is fasting (like 3,4 or 5 days) since it can reset your taste buds and eating habits so you can eat better foods. Of course.Myself don’t agree with all the popular diet like taking slimming pills and not eating.All this ways maybe will let you slim down, but it may also harm you body.You can slim down by eating balance diet and exercising.All this method will build up the body stamina and also let you body healthy.Don’t ever try any shortcut to slim down because there are nothing free in this world.You won’t get anything without any effort.
