My mom is joining the Biggest Loser tomorrow, and I want to surprise her when shes done! I already started walking to work and school, but since im a student, dont have time to cook big meals and what not or go to the gym(since it opens at 8a.m to 8p.m. I go to school from 8a.m till 3p.m go to work 4 p.m till 9.p.m So I almost always eat at work (Grocery Store) So.. Tips of stuff I can buy at a regular grocerie store, that is quick,microwavable and eatable and low calories. Im 16 yrs old – 141 pounds . ( I know im not big, but I still have a bit of a belly and my mom will notice if I lose weight also!)

    Quick usually means processed, which means unhealthy. Fresh fruit and vegetables can be eaten raw and only require a quick washing. If you eat one serving of fruit and vegetable at each meal (eating 5 small meals per day) I can almost guarantee your calories will be kept down because it’ll keep you full.

    Sardines and other canned meats are quick and great sources of both protein and healthy fats.

    As far as crackers and other carbohydrates, buy only 100% whole grain. More nutrition and fiber, and it’ll also fill you up better than white flour based food.
