Hi. I was wondering about weight loss. I do want to lose weight on my belly and I exercise everyday and I diet(really good and very healthy diet). Is there anything to enhance or advance weight loss while sitting on the computer?

I was wondering what is wrong with all those diet pills that you see in drug stores. I’m assuming they are unhealthy or something because more people don’t use them, but what about them isn’t good for you?

According to Men’s Health zine I am about 40 lbs over my normal weight and can have about 1500 calories a day. I need a simple workout for beginners that wont leave me feeling like I am accomplishing nothing. I am a truck driver and have a small amount of time a day to workout. Does anyone have any ideas?
