I am looking to go on a better diet. I am looking to switch over to all natural foods. Such as raw fruits and veggies…I dont want it to be completely all raw. I wil include meats and diary also some carbs. But I want everything to be as close to pure form as possible (outside of meat of course…that has to be cooked).

Does anyone have any tips on this? I guess I just dont know where to begin.

I am not looking to lose any weight. I would just like to be healthier and feel more clean (eating fast food and junk makes you feel so grimmy).

I need tips on how to begin. Will this be pricey or should it be cheaper than a normal diet? I am not looking for completely organic fruits and veggies…just raw.
Thanks Tre…that was exactly what I was wondering.

Good to know!!!
Good luck on your training and diet. Its so difficult I know!!!!!
What kind of dairy is ok??? If at all?

Is milk and yogurt ok? Possibly cottage cheese?

My question again was about diet cooking tips and there have been some great answers

raw nuts are very healthy and pure and they will give you lots of energy. so are avocados. they are the healthiest fruit there is. when you cook, use olive oil. it’s very healthy and will make your skin look great! eat only organics and have plenty of raw fruits and veggies. do not eat low free, sugar free, or any other "diet foods" as they are not in their pure form. good for you for adapting such a healthy life style.

i am on a very similar diet now. It is expensivel. i will tell you that now. but the best advice i can give you is IF IT DOESNT GROW DONT EAT IT. i have soy milk with my kashi cereal. that is the only thing i eat in a box. meats ( chicken breast and salmon) is all i have. i stock up on produce.( fruits and veggie crazy)
