I DONT WANT TO KNOW THE NEGATIVES OF THIS DIET OK!! I am not overweight but I watched a documentary on the Atkins diet and it was just all negative stuff. I am wanting to know if anyone out there has been on it, how it worked, how long it took you to get results, how much weight you ;lost all up in what amount of time and how long u stayed on phase one. Its very interesting to me so please give me some feeedback but remember I have heard all the negatives so I dont want to know about that. Just people that have been on it :)

According to Men’s Health zine I am about 40 lbs over my normal weight and can have about 1500 calories a day. I need a simple workout for beginners that wont leave me feeling like I am accomplishing nothing. I am a truck driver and have a small amount of time a day to workout. Does anyone have any ideas?

I want to lose 20 – 30 pound by the beginning of November. I need to know what foods to eat. I will be going and walking/running everyday after school as well.

I’m 5’9 i have a large body frame. I weigh somewhere around 190.
The healthy weight range for my height is 150 – 170.

Any tips on how to maximize my weight loss in that amount of time. Thanks.
