I DONT WANT TO KNOW THE NEGATIVES OF THIS DIET OK!! I am not overweight but I watched a documentary on the Atkins diet and it was just all negative stuff. I am wanting to know if anyone out there has been on it, how it worked, how long it took you to get results, how much weight you ;lost all up in what amount of time and how long u stayed on phase one. Its very interesting to me so please give me some feeedback but remember I have heard all the negatives so I dont want to know about that. Just people that have been on it :)

My husband is going on the Atkins Diet. I was looking for recipes to help him. On the Atkins website it gives the amount of Carbs, then the amount of Net Carbs. They are different amounts. Which one of these should he actually be counting. I want him to get the correct amount that his body needs.

Does anyone know where I can download for free the Atkins diet OR a website that will give me free ideas on what is good and not good to eat (as far as the diet goes). I have been on the diet before and it really worked. I used to have the book but I loaned it out never to be returned again. : (

Years ago the atkins diet was popular! I tried it and it was a great way to kick start the summer. Does any have any good ideas to get started? It has been a while and I need new good and yummy ways to start and stay motivated.
Please dont tell me how bad Atkins is… I want to hear from people who have had success! Not people who want to preach eat a balence diet and exersize.
