well im in the 7th grade (im 13) and haha im still in school but before i go into the 8th grade this august i wanna loose 40 pounds.
don’t tell me that’s crazy a young girl like you doesn’t need to loose that much weight!! but on my BMI thingy it says im 40 pounds over weight.
i started for real dieting today because every time i would break it and say oh ill start tomorrow but im serious now.
ok here is what i have done today…..
breakfast – a few small granola bars
work out (that im gonna do everyday) – work out on my wii fit for half an hour
im about to eat lunch what should i eat???
p.s. im a vegetarian!!!
that’s kinda two questions but will i loose weight if i do this and what are some healthy things i can eat for lunch and dinner because im a vegetarian and i didn’t become vegetarian to loose weight i already was one.
