I’m trying the master cleanse for the first time. I’m 27 and reasonably fit. Is it safe to do some cardio or light weight training while on the cleanse?

Hello. I am trying to get my body into shape. I have an hourglass figure and I am not overweight, but I would like to tone up. I do cardio and strength training 3 – 4 times a week. But the little pudge on my lower abs will NOT disappear. I think its because I need to incorporate a "diet" into my life style. Does anyone have any tips on a simple diet? I don’t want to hear about those diets that require me to cook a TON of food…all extravagant and stuff…I’m not a good cook at all haha

Okay so I had my son just over a year now and I still have some lingering body fat (I was 130lbs and hit 205 in my pregnancy) But now i’m 5’2 and 160lbs.

Honestly it fits my frame very nicely, no one believes my weight but i’m looking to shed some pounds. I never worked out prior to this. I am doing squats and lunges 2-3 times a week letting myself heal up between and i’m doing cardio at home(about 20-40mins) after researching a few videos on youtube.

I eat small meals daily, most of the time I cook up a bunch of lean chicken with light seasoning (no breading) and heat that up or add to salads. I munch on oranges, apples and I eat things like oatmeal for breakfast or some special K. Also, I drink loads and loads of water or 1% milk sometimes, never any soda’s or juice.

Well, this has been going on for about two weeks now and my weight hasn’t changed any. I’m not quite sure what I can do or if it’s just slow to start? Anyone have any tips for things I can do at home that doesn’t require equipment or any diet tips ?

Well, I’m awake nights :-) I wake up about 2-3pm and I don’t sleep until 7am, My husband works overnight so it got me in that schedule.

Whoppers).. I’m not working now and I do belong to a gym…I know I need to up the ante on my cardio… what do you recommend for me to do and also, how much time I should put in per fat burning exercise,, my gym has available elliptical trainers and treadmills, and I’m open to outdoor runs too..this is important because presently I can’t fit into my suit pants, which is not good, since I’m looking forward to upcoming job interviews (whenever I get a call to come in and talk from a prospective employer, one of these days…still waiting) and I literally can’t afford to buy another suit. Your feedback is welcome.. also, I’m also looking for natural foods to munch on , which either burn fat or pumps up one’s metabolism level.. your suggestions on this, are also welcome.

How should I use the treadmill for optimal fat and weight loss? How many mph hour should I go and for how many minutes? Can I do this every day?
I am currently on a 1200 healthy diet. I watch what I need.
I am a female and about 5’9 tall. I need to lose about 15-20 lbs to be at my ideal body weight.

I lost 15lbs over the course of the last 3 months averagin 1-1 1/2 lbs lost. I am 5’5" and I am now down to 142 lbs. I still want to lose another 15 lbs (is this okay?).
I have tried eating whatever I want to jumpstart my weight loss but that did not work. Currently I am on a semi-low-carb diet. I have to have some carbs because I get too dizzy. I also work out 3-4 times a week. Cardio for 1/2 hr and then strenghening exercises.
How can I get past this weight loss?
The scale hasn’t budged from 142lbs in 3 weeks.
