<p>okay so ive been struggleing with a eating disorder lately and today i did some research and watched some shows and stuff and i kinda made a diet for myself&#8230;tell me what you think&#8230;</p>
<p>breakfreast&#8230;1 package oatmeal with hot water<br />
lunch&#8230;ritz crackers and chedder cheese<br />
dinner&#8230;cheese and crackers or whatever my mom is cooking<br />
dessert&#8230;fruit snacks, or sweedish fish or something small and low in calories&#8230;<br />
and to drink&#8230;vitimin water the 10 calorie ones and water and G2 gatorade&#8230;</p>
<p>and then i dont want a &quot;fat&quot; day where i can eat whatever but i am thinking about only letting myself have sweets on monday wedsday and friday idk what do you think?? any ideas oh and instead of any snakcs ill jsut chew gum!!<br />
