im a 13 yrs old girl.im skinny but still have muscle.im 5’8 AND WEIGH 110LBS(have a 6pack)
but i need help cuz the coach whats me to gain a little weight.i also dont have a great diet.so give please give websites and tips for gaining weight the healthy way and diet.i can cook so u can give recipes or anything like that.PLEASE HELP…..*7th grader*
