Pritikin Recipes
Okay, I know I’m not fat, but I know I don’t have the flatest stomach. I dont want comments telling me I’m skinny and I dont need to lose weight but I want to flaten my tummy for myself. For three days I’ve been trying this out, skipping breakfast because I have 4th lunch at school, at school I get a chicken ceaser salad and water I eat around 10:30. Then I come home from school, and eat dinner around five, we always have something somewhat healthy, home cooked meals. Then either I’ll go to cheer or dance and if I don’t have cheer or dance i’ll do about 30 crunches jog/run/walk on the tredmill back and fourth for a little & not eat anything else. Is that helping?

look, I know most girls starve themselves to get this, i’v concidered it and I still am.
ya know all that Thinspo stuff, my best friend was actually anerextic & I envy the body she how now. I want the hip bones and all look. Please help me out? Any tips, eating diets, exercises? My stomach is shaped oddly, It like goes in and then back out? I don’t know, thanks so so so so much who ever helps me out, it means a lot!? (:
