I only like corn. I also am not a fan of fruit with the exception of apples, cherries, and seedless grapes.

How can i make my dane grow taller?

He is now 11 months and he stands 34" at shoulders. Is he going to grow more taller now? Please give me some tips on his diet.

I right now feed him on home cooked food. Giving him flour malt + milk thrice a day. ( mixed flour of brown rice, jowar, wheat, few other pulses ) AND I FEED HIM CHICKEN once in three days.

Please let me know if the commercial food(packed) have any significance in huis growth. But as far as his health is concerned……he is doing great, but i think if i switch him to red meet , he will improve his fur coat condition better.

Okay, so my Mom says that I’m fat and if I don’t slim down by next year she is going to send me to Military school and let THEM slim me down. I tried to tell her that if I am fat it’s her fault because she never cooks anything healthy. She says that I should have some self control and not eat what I know isn’t good for me. The problem is she never buys healthy food at all and I don’t have the money to buy it myself. The menu for a normal day is usually Sugary cereal for breakfast, Or scrambled eggs and bacon, Sandwich and chips, or leftovers for lunch, and Hamburger helper, pizza or cheeseburgers for supper. She refuses to buy salad and the only vegetable she will get is corn.
So how can I possibly lose weight when this is what she feeds me?? Also I can’t really go out and walk because my Mom says it is not safe for a girl to be out walking by herself and my brothers will never walk with me. What are some easy exercises and dieting tips I can use to lose weight???

I am making an effort to cut out meat from me and my husband’s diet. He’s recovering from a recent heart attack and we’ve been trying to change the way that we eat. I have already cut back on salt in our diet and I am cooking our meals instead of eating out. Still, I am interested in turning to a vegetarian diet. I would at least like to eat vegetarian meals 60-70% of the time. Any tips? Also, if you can offer any brands of vegetarian cuisine that is tasty or tasty meat alternatives and how to cook them, that would be great. Thanks!

I’ve decided I want to start cooking meals for my dogs and cats. I’m not sure how to go about doing this. I feel it would be healthier than pet food though. I want to give them the best of everything, including diet. I really could use some advice. What should I cook for dogs? Cats? I’m sure I will have to cook something different for each. I recently started the Atkins diet, and so far it’s been easy. I’ve heard that the first few days are a snap, but maintaining is the hard part. So I’m wondering if anyone has done it themselves, and has some good advice? I’m not overweight, I just want to get very trim for a cruise this winter with as little time in the gym as possible.

I work 16 hours a day, and rarely have time to cook breakfast, or lunch, and prefer to snack through out the day. What are good things to have around for snacks?

Any kinds of advice or even websites would be greatly appreciated!

Okay, I know I’m not fat, but I know I don’t have the flatest stomach. I dont want comments telling me I’m skinny and I dont need to lose weight but I want to flaten my tummy for myself. For three days I’ve been trying this out, skipping breakfast because I have 4th lunch at school, at school I get a chicken ceaser salad and water I eat around 10:30. Then I come home from school, and eat dinner around five, we always have something somewhat healthy, home cooked meals. Then either I’ll go to cheer or dance and if I don’t have cheer or dance i’ll do about 30 crunches jog/run/walk on the tredmill back and fourth for a little & not eat anything else. Is that helping?

I need to lose about 50-60 lbs. I’m 5’5" and currently weigh 185lbs. I’ve put on a lot of it because I have back problems and couldn’t do a whole lot plus I quit smoking and gained some from that to. I have 5 kids so getting to the gym or cooking some weird diet dinner just is not feasible. Any advice or tips will be totally appreciated. Thanks!!
