ok please read all this.i did lose weight cause i used to be a couch potato and now for 7 months i play basketball my favorite sport like i would say 3 hours a day 4 out of 7 days of the week , and my usual daily intake is i go to school at 8 but before i eat some ceareal with juice or i eat a burger with coke and at 12 i eat a chicken burger with chocolate milk and fries . and when i get home at 8 i eat a meal i would say a good portion of whatever my mother cooks.

well i have i would say a close 4 pack and want a six pack bit i have some extra fat on my ribs and stomache and chest. well after tellin u my life basically lol

what changes should i make to lose that weight. im 15 and 5;9 and weigh 148 and should i just stop drinking cokes and at lunch there is water and fruits there so do i stop eating the greasy stuff and fruits?

please tell me some changes to my diet i can have to lose those pounds so i can have my sexy 6 pack haha =]]

I’m a 15 yrs old male, 5’11, and weigh about 170. Although I don’t look fat, I don’t feel comfortable with this weight. I currently weight lift in my basement and just recently started to jump rope. When it’s warmer outside I’ll start running too. My mom usually cooks healthy meals, but she gives me a rather large proportion. She insists that I should eat a lot but what she feeds me is sometimes ridiculous. Does anyone have any dieting tips or exercise plans for me?

i wake up early then go to school so i don’t really eat breakfast

breakfast- kinder bueno and water
snack- nothing
lunch- sometimes a sandwich( corn beef, tuna, or ham) or fruit salad
snack-nothing
dinner- i dont know my mum cooks all sorts, but i will eat lots of veg, and a little bit of carbs and lots of veg ( bug a really small meal)

exercise- 1hr cardio, 50 push ups and sit ups

Okay, so my Mom says that I’m fat and if I don’t slim down by next year she is going to send me to Military school and let THEM slim me down. I tried to tell her that if I am fat it’s her fault because she never cooks anything healthy. She says that I should have some self control and not eat what I know isn’t good for me. The problem is she never buys healthy food at all and I don’t have the money to buy it myself. The menu for a normal day is usually Sugary cereal for breakfast, Or scrambled eggs and bacon, Sandwich and chips, or leftovers for lunch, and Hamburger helper, pizza or cheeseburgers for supper. She refuses to buy salad and the only vegetable she will get is corn.
So how can I possibly lose weight when this is what she feeds me?? Also I can’t really go out and walk because my Mom says it is not safe for a girl to be out walking by herself and my brothers will never walk with me. What are some easy exercises and dieting tips I can use to lose weight???

I am 17, 5’4” and about 140. I have put on about 15lbs this year, due to stress and change, and I would like to lose about 20-25. I have access to a gym, and can change some of my eating habits, but not all of them because I live with my dad and he cooks for the two of us. Any suggestions on how I could do this by the end of this year?

Here’s my info:
Age: 14
Height: 5′ 8.75"
Weight: 130lb
Misc: I can do 20 push – ups easily, I usually eat an egg or peaches and cottage cheese or maybe a slice of french toast for breakfast, I usually skip lunch((Hey, I just don’t get hungry. O.o Weird, I know, but I have to make myself eat a little something for breakfast.)), but when I do eat it’s something like macaroni and cheese or ramen noodles, or soup, possibly a sandwich with soup or alone. For dinner, I might just snack on corn tortilla chips or some peaches and cottage cheese, or if my dad cooks, I eat a lot of that ((*drool* My dad’s an awesome cook)), and I snack a lot during the day, not a whole lot each time, but maybe an apple, a piece of pie that I made, etc.

And just so you know, this is a fair fight. We are both 14 and we weigh pretty much the same((off by five pounds at the most)). =]

I will await your tips happily!

Okay i need diet tips real fast.My dad always like to cook greasy food but im on a diet he knows that and he cooks everyday. My uncle only cooks healthy stuff like vegtables and all that only like once in awhile.Can you tell me what to do about that. Now for exercising.Okay i excercise at 3 in the afternoon. I run warm up laps and stretch and jog 20 mins. Is this okay? Should i heat it up the intensaty or like any tips. I have eating problems too. I get like feirce cravings and i cant help my self. i’ve been going to the gym for about a year and a half, and i’ve only lost 5cm on my stomach.
i’m almost 15, girl, 156cm tall and 64kg. my stomach is 81cm, my hips are 102cm, my theighs are 64cm.
they’re the main parts i want to lose fat in. (i had myself measured and stuff at my gym)
i haven’t lost or gained ANY weight, i’ve only lost inches.

problem is, i eat bad. i try not to eat unhealthy, but i just CAN’T help but go to the copboard and eat a chocolate bar or something. i know it’s okay to treat myself to some every now and again, but i do this like EVERYDAY.

i will buy salads at the supermarket with my mum, but i’ll also buy chocolates/ pancakes and so on.

i ask/tell my mum and dad to cut me back on junk food, and they say they will, but it wont stick at all. and i don’t have any self control when it comes to junk food.

what i eat usually daily:
breaky: two or four pieces of toast, with a milo. (skim milk) OR special-K cereal with skim milk, and a milo.

morning tea: ovalteenies (little chocolate biscuits) and a pice of fruit

lunch: a pice of fruit, and more ovalteenies.

before gym -after school- : a pice of fruit, then i will usually buy something at the canteen, usually i’ll buy sour straps.

when i get home: something like, a pice of toast, or 2 pancakes or a chocolate.

dinner: whatever dad cooks.

i REALLY want to lose fat by september this year. every answer to this will help, please. tell me how you resist the temptation of junk food, and how i can too!!
