Pritikin Recipes
I recently started the Atkins diet, and so far it’s been easy. I’ve heard that the first few days are a snap, but maintaining is the hard part. So I’m wondering if anyone has done it themselves, and has some good advice? I’m not overweight, I just want to get very trim for a cruise this winter with as little time in the gym as possible.
I work 16 hours a day, and rarely have time to cook breakfast, or lunch, and prefer to snack through out the day. What are good things to have around for snacks?
Any kinds of advice or even websites would be greatly appreciated!
