Starting numbers before week 2 began, Weight : 238 pounds Blood Pressure : 135/85 BMI : 32.75 End of the first week numbers, Weight : 235 pounds Blood Pressure : Unchanged BMI : Unchanged —————————————- I did about 5 miles of walking for the week.
