For those of you who do not know, the grapefruit diet was quite popular in the 80′s but scientists discarded the idea and told everyone that it was a fad. Today, researchers have discovered that the grapefruit diet actually works.
They say that if you eat a grapefruit with every meal, it helps to burn some calories as well as help decrease hunger.
In 12 weeks, people who ate the grapefruit lost on average 3.6 lbs. People who drank the juice lost 3.3 lbs.
My question is, if you double the servings, will u lose the weight in half the time?
How much grapefruit can you drink/eat before overdosing on vitamin C?
