Pritikin Recipes
My personal trainer recommended that I eat a low carb diet, however I want to do it safely. I remember trying it back in 2004 when low card diets were just becoming popular, but I was getting a lot of headaches, and had low energy. Can anyone give me any tips?
Thank you guys for all your answers. From what I’ve gotten from you guys, it seems the best thing for me to do is limit my carbs, but not cut them out all together. Now what I need to do is find out how many grams (Or whatever units carbs are in) I can eat and still lose weight, without doing harm to my body. Thanks again. ![]()
