Pritikin Recipes
Okay, so I am 13 years old and i NEED to lose about 40 pounds. Most of you are probably saying that I am too young to worry about these things but I have been overweight since I was 10 and it started off with me needing to lose 20 pounds and I am really really sick of worrying about it!!! Okay, so I am going on a diet of eating salad everyday some chicken with it fruit like lemons and apples and drinking water. I really think i can do it b/c I have b4 but I stopped. I am going to exercise for about 20 minutes daily or every other day on the elliptical machine and I am going to get on wii fit. Is this a good diet and exercise plan to lose about 20-40 lbs over the summer.?
(PLEASE REMEMBER THAT I AM ONLY 13 AND ANY DIET PILLS, FAD DIETS ARE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND PLEASE DO NOT SAY TO USE ACAI BERRY!!! And PLEASE do not tell me to go to a website or to eat 6 meals in one day and that you can only lose an average of 2-3 pounds a week because I KKKKKNNNNNNOOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
