<p>I feed: </p>

cooked egg yolk<br />
flies<br />
peas<br />
lettuce<br />
carrots<br />
oranges</p>
<p>My fish really favor certain foods over others, but I am trying to make their feedings as exciting and healthy as possible.</p>

<p>There seem to be a lot of trendy diets, but one that comes to my mind (from my time living in Japan) that would easily work but it not very popular is eating a traditional Japanese diet, full of variety with vegetables, fish, rice, fruits, soups, meats, noodles, teas, light dishes, etc.  </p>
<p>Perhaps I am biased, because I am hooked on Japanese food ever since my time there &#8211; it is by far my favorite cuisine (delicious and healthy)&#8230;but doesn&#8217;t this balanced, low fat, low sugar diet seem to make more sense the many trendy diets out there??<br />

<p>I am not proud of my weight.<br />
Even though most people think that i am smaller than i really am.<br />
Well, i need help with a healtier diet.<br />
Both my parents work kinda late [9-11ish] so they usually will bring home fast food.<br />
Well, im getting sick of that, &amp; i wanna look nice for summer.<br />
We do go grocery shopping, but, i cant cook worth anything.</p>
<p>Can anyone give me some beginner tips on cooking?<br />
&amp; Something that is fast to cook also.<br />
Nothing with any type of seafood//fish or eggs[like, scrambled, fried. cos, i will NOT eat eggs.]</p>

<p>okay so ive been struggleing with a eating disorder lately and today i did some research and watched some shows and stuff and i kinda made a diet for myself&#8230;tell me what you think&#8230;</p>
<p>breakfreast&#8230;1 package oatmeal with hot water<br />
lunch&#8230;ritz crackers and chedder cheese<br />
dinner&#8230;cheese and crackers or whatever my mom is cooking<br />
dessert&#8230;fruit snacks, or sweedish fish or something small and low in calories&#8230;<br />
and to drink&#8230;vitimin water the 10 calorie ones and water and G2 gatorade&#8230;</p>
<p>and then i dont want a &quot;fat&quot; day where i can eat whatever but i am thinking about only letting myself have sweets on monday wedsday and friday idk what do you think?? any ideas oh and instead of any snakcs ill jsut chew gum!!<br />
