Im bulimic, but im really trying to get rid of that disease. The problem is the atkins diet if a calorie packed one , so I freak out after I just ate because i really feel im going to get fatter. What can I do?

i do like to look nice, but i dont freak out if one hair gets out of place. i dont take 40 minute straighting my hair, and putting on my make up. i dont own over 40 shirts, i dont have sooooooo many pants that i dont fit them in a drawer. what gives?
