I want to try the Master Cleanse diet.
But I don’t want to risk gaining all the weight after ten days if I go straight to regular/solid foods again.
If I mix the two, lemonade and solid food, between the days, would I still get results?
Like… instead of six to seven glasses a day, I drink 3. And small meals every now and then?
Would this work out?
I’ll still do cardio everyday.
