I had not idea that my drinking iced water or just cold drinks with my food could harm me. But this makes absolute sense….When you refrigerate your leftovers the grease inside (ie: meatloaf, stew, etc) "sets up." That is what you are doing when you eat and drink something iced and eat a full meal with it. It coagulates before it gets to your stomach making it harder to digest. That is why hot tea diets are very popular and why most other cultures drink hot tea with there meals instead of iced drinks. A friend sent me an e-mail on this. I never really thought about it, but it is a piece of preventative advice for a better heart.
Did anyone else know this and are there other little known facts that you could share that we may not know? Thanks, Alda

I’m 17, 5’3 to 5’4, and around 103 to 105 pounds. My goal is to reach around 92 – 95 pounds. My current diet…

Food;
Breakfast: Cereal (corn flakes w/ 1% milk. Sometimes switch to Rice Krispies)
Lunch: Sandwich or sometimes just a banana when I’m not too hungry
Dinner: Whatever my parents are cooking
~Grease / Junk food very very seldom.
~ Drink lots of water through out the day
Usually adds up to 800 – 1000 calories a day. Anything I should change..?

Excerise:
I don’t have any exercise machines. But I have game systems that could help …DDR (physical dancing game on ps2) and wii sports (physical game for wii) Silly I know but its all I have =/

Asides from that, what’re some good exercises to help with making my legs & belly thinner? And how many should I do a day?

I want to reach this goal during this June if possible! I am going to be going to a water park a lot…so my goal is to have a some what slender body.

I didnt mean to call it a silly game, I love it too lol I just didnt know if it was considered exercise *shrug*
Oh and forgot to mention, this goal isnt just for summer … I just want to lose some pounds cause I dont look skinny despite my weight
