Ok, I just turned 18 and I weigh about 185lbs, I am about 5’6-5’7. I started gaining weight about a year ago I went from about a very healthy 145lbs to this. Then I was a very sexy and thick..now I’m just thick. Instead of hips I now have love handles and a pooch..I wear like size 13-15 in jeans mainly because of my love handles. I want to get down to my recommended size (about 150) in about 3-6 months and mainly loose these love handles I would also like to loose some breast mass maybe a cup size? I don’t even know if I can do that. I eat way too many starches. I just got a gym membership and I really just need some cooking and exercise tips. Good meals/workouts things like that..also, I am Italian so I just can’t cut out pasta…
