<p>Hey All!<br />
 So for starters, I am 21 years old, I am 5&#8217;6&quot;, 170, recently gained about 15lbs. I am a smoker, and I am a female. </p>
<p>I don&#8217;t want to be a smoker anymore, but thats a separate issue altogether. </p>
<p>So I am broke and can&#8217;t get a gym membership, and all I eat is dollar burgers and frozen pizza&#8217;s as I am really broke. </p>
<p>I want to know what I can eat quickly for breakfast that will be good for me and cheap? I don&#8217;t care if its the same thing every morning as long as its QUICK. like no cooking involved&#8230;. as I don&#8217;t cook&#8230;</p>
<p>What is a good lunch to take to work every day? once again quick and cheap and healthy. </p>
<p>Snacks? like a 10oclock and 3 oclock snack?</p>
<p>And dinners? I am not a cook, I can do a few things but I just want basic healthy meals I can eat&#8230;</p>
<p>Also exercise sched? I have never been an exerciser so any ideas will be really helpful!</p>
<p>My goal is to lose 30 lbs. but I&#8217;d be happy with the 15 I recently gained. (I have always been 155 for most of my adult life)</p>

Yup do have a job, I just have like a 100 dollar budget for food each month.<br />
