Pritikin Recipes

My boyfriend came home last week and said "We are going to do the Atkins Diet". I have been researching a lot of sites about this diet. Ihave read the good, the bad and the ugly. I just want to here from regular people with experience soI am looking for people who have tried it or are currently on this diet. What are your success stories, horror stories.. What can I expect and is it worth it? Thanks!
