Pritikin Recipes
okay so ive been struggleing with a eating disorder lately and today i did some research and watched some shows and stuff and i kinda made a diet for myself…tell me what you think…
breakfreast…1 package oatmeal with hot water
lunch…ritz crackers and chedder cheese
dinner…cheese and crackers or whatever my mom is cooking
dessert…fruit snacks, or sweedish fish or something small and low in calories…
and to drink…vitimin water the 10 calorie ones and water and G2 gatorade…
and then i dont want a "fat" day where i can eat whatever but i am thinking about only letting myself have sweets on monday wedsday and friday idk what do you think?? any ideas oh and instead of any snakcs ill jsut chew gum!!
